This Privacy Policy explains how Vivid Spots LLC ("Vivid," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information when you visit our website, request a demonstration, communicate with us, or use services that link to this policy. A separate customer agreement or service-specific notice may supplement this policy.
Information we collect
Information you provide
We may collect your name, business email address, telephone number, company or organization, product interests, messages, and other information you choose to provide. Customers and authorized users may also provide account, organization, location, advertiser, contract, campaign, placement, performance, and related business information through Vivid services.
Information collected automatically
When you use our website or services, our systems, website host, Google Analytics, and other service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, timestamps, and general usage activity. We may use cookies or similar technologies when necessary to operate, secure, understand, and improve our services.
Vivid Opportunity Map
When you use the Vivid Opportunity Map, we retrieve publicly available content from the company website you submit and process a limited excerpt with OpenAI, our artificial-intelligence service provider, to generate a business analysis. The submitted website address, extracted public content, selected perspective, vertical, priorities, challenge and a privacy-preserving security identifier may be processed for this purpose. Generated maps may be stored for up to 90 days so you can reopen them through an unlisted, difficult-to-guess link. Anyone who receives that link may view the map, so share it only with intended recipients. Do not submit private portals, passwords, personal profiles, confidential business information or sensitive personal information. Generated results are illustrative and should be reviewed before being used for business decisions.
How we use information
We may use information to:
- Respond to questions and demonstration requests;
- Provide, maintain, secure, and improve Vivid services;
- Administer customer accounts and authorized-user access;
- Communicate about services, support, updates, and commercial relationships;
- Analyze website and service usage; and
- Comply with applicable law and protect Vivid, our customers, users, and others.
How we disclose information
We may disclose information to service providers that support hosting, communications, analytics, security, and other business operations; to a customer organization when you use Vivid as its authorized user; when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business. Vivid does not sell personal information collected through this website.
Demonstration-request form
When you submit a demonstration request, the information you enter is transmitted to Web3Forms, our form-processing provider, so the request can be delivered to Vivid by email. Web3Forms acts as a service provider or data processor for form submissions and may process technical information for security and spam prevention. Its handling and retention of submission data are described in the Web3Forms Privacy Policy. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through the demonstration form.
Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies and similar technologies may support essential site functions, security, preferences, and measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although blocking some technologies may affect functionality.
Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing services, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Our service providers may retain information according to their own documented retention practices and our arrangements with them. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices and privacy rights
You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications by using the unsubscribe method provided or contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

Our website and services are designed for businesses and organizations and are not directed to children under 13. This remains true when Vivid serves a school, district, or other education organization. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website.
